We live in a world that urges us to move on quickly, to “just feel better” after loss—but grief doesn’t work that way. Grief asks for time, space, and gentleness. It asks to be witnessed.
In this six-week series beginning April 27, we’ll explore how yoga philosophy can offer support and insight through the many layers of grief. Each class will center on a different theme, with space for:
Gentle movement
Breathwork
Meditation
Reflection
And the quiet power of being held in a compassionate, non-judgmental space
Whether your grief stems from the death of a loved one or another life-altering transition, you are welcome here. There is no timeline. No pressure. Just presence and support.

What is Breath Work?
Breath work is a practice of conscious, intentional breathing that helps regulate the nervous system, release tension, and improve overall well-being. Different techniques—such as diaphragmatic breathing, box breathing, and circular breathing—can create various effects, from deep relaxation to increased energy and emotional release.
What does Breath work do?
Reduces stress and anxiety, promoting deep relaxation. Helps process and let go of stored emotions. Increases oxygen flow, improving clarity and vitality. Supports overall lung health and efficiency. Encourages mindfulness and presence.
Following the breath work, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, allowing your body and mind to sink into a deeply meditative and restorative state.
