Not only are we are a family owned yoga community, we are proud to be promoters to some of the most talented, compassionate, and community-minded yoga teachers in the DFW metroplex. These instructors don’t just teach classes — they serve communities, create inclusive spaces, and share yoga as a tool for healing, growth, and connection.
Our Retreat Team
Leanne Schulz
Leanne Schulz is the co-founder and heart behind Good Vibes Yoga, serving as the guiding force for the brand’s vision, voice, and overall experience. From the very first inquiry to the moment you return home, she thoughtfully shapes every touchpoint—ensuring each offering reflects the warmth, intention, and authenticity that define Good Vibes Yoga.
As Brand & Experience Lead, Leanne designs experiences with care and clarity, weaving together thoughtful communication, meaningful programming, and a sense of ease that allows people to truly arrive—on the mat, in community, and in themselves. She remains closely involved before, during, and after each experience, supporting participants, refining details, and holding the energetic container that makes everything feel both grounded and expansive.
With a background in community building, wellness, and intentional experience design, Leanne brings warmth, organization, and emotional intelligence to all that she creates. Her goal is simple and deeply personal: for every person who steps into Good Vibes Yoga to feel seen, supported, and genuinely at home, so they can fully drop in and enjoy every moment.
Founder, Brand & Experience LeadDan Schulz
Dan Schulz is the co-founder and serves as the grounding presence for safety, preparedness, and support throughout the Good Vibes Yoga experience. With a thoughtful, steady approach, he oversees safety planning and resource management—ensuring that every aspect of the journey is designed with care, foresight, and responsibility.
Dan’s role centers on creating a secure container for exploration. From transportation planning and excursion safety to on-the-ground decision-making, he works closely with the logistics and leadership team to anticipate needs, assess risk, and support informed choices. His attention to detail helps ensure that activities are well-planned, environments are safe, and resources are used wisely—without ever disrupting the ease or flow of the experience.
While much of Dan’s work happens quietly in the background, its impact is deeply felt. His presence allows guests to relax into the experience with confidence, knowing that safety, support, and practical considerations are being held with intention.
Simply put, Dan helps create the conditions where everyone can feel secure, supported, and free to fully engage—so the rest of the experience can unfold with trust, connection, and a sense of calm.
Safety & SupportLogistics & Operations Matt Smith
Matt Smith serves as the steady, behind-the-scenes anchor for all things logistics and operations, blending strategic planning with a calm, grounded presence that supports the overall Good Vibes Yoga experience. With a strong background in operational management and coordination, Matt ensures that every moving piece—large and small—works together seamlessly.
From international arrival days and ground transportation to daily schedules, excursions, and on-site coordination, Matt oversees the operational flow of the retreat. He works closely with local partners, guides, and the retreat leadership team to ensure timelines are clear, transportation is reliable, and each experience unfolds safely and smoothly. His role is equal parts planner, problem-solver, and support system—anticipating needs before they arise and adapting in real time when plans shift.
While Matt brings a structured, professional approach to logistics and operations, his work is deeply aligned with the retreat’s intention: creating ease. By managing the details with precision and care, he allows guests to fully relax, stay present, and immerse themselves in the experience without needing to think about the “how.”
In short, Matt holds the operational container—so the rest of the retreat can flow with clarity, safety, and grounded calm.
